For UK employers with a sponsor licence
Sponsor licence deadlines and records, in one place
SponsorDesk keeps your sponsored workers' records, works out each Home Office reporting deadline and visa expiry, tracks right to work checks for everyone with time-limited permission, and reminds you before anything is due.
Free for 1 sponsored worker. No card needed.
How it works
Add your workers once, then the dates come to you
Add your people
Sponsored workers with their Certificate of Sponsorship, occupation code, salary and visa dates, plus any other employees whose permission to work ends on a set date.
Log changes as they happen
Someone leaves, gets a pay rise or is absent. Log it and SponsorDesk works out the 10 working day reporting deadline.
Get reminded, stay audit-ready
Email reminders and a calendar feed keep every date in front of you. A printable compliance file for each worker pulls their records together.

Questions
Good to know
Does SponsorDesk report changes to the Home Office for me?
No. You still report through the Home Office's sponsor management system. SponsorDesk works out when each report is due and makes sure nobody forgets.
Is this immigration advice?
No. SponsorDesk is a record-keeping and reminder tool. For advice on an individual case, use the Home Office's sponsor guidance or a regulated immigration adviser.
What does the free plan include?
Everything for one sponsored worker and up to three other employees: deadlines, reminders, right to work checks, salary history, the audit trail, the compliance file and audit pack, and the calendar feed. No card is needed to start.
Can I track staff who aren't sponsored?
Yes. Add any employee whose permission to work ends on a set date, record their right to work checks, and we'll remind you before a follow-up check is due. Paid plans have no limit on these employees. Plans are priced by sponsored workers only.
Does SponsorDesk check whether a salary meets the rules?
No. It shows how a recorded salary compares with the general salary threshold and the going rate the Home Office publishes for the occupation code, with the source and the date we took the figures. Discounted rates and other rules can apply, so it isn't a decision on whether a role qualifies.
Do I still need to track my licence expiry?
Since 6 April 2024 sponsors no longer need to renew their licence, and licences due to expire from that date were extended automatically by 10 years. SponsorDesk doesn't treat the licence expiry as a deadline.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly. Cancel from the billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. You can print or save each compliance file and the audit pack at any time.
